- Harry Ree lived near Ribbleshead Viaduct, Yorkshire. He was the headmaster of Watford Grammar School who commissioned this portrait. The school requested that I try make him look more like a traditional headmaster. However as you can see - he looks more like a Romantic poet! Harry Ree was a dashing, energetic and passionate man.
